Nicely renovated waterfront home. Property has deep water on the Colorado arm of Lake LBJ. Very close to boat launch. Large covered deck on newer concrete boat dock. Boat lift, jet ski lifts and a private swim area are all there for your ultimate lake enjoyment. You may also fish from the dock or watch the boats go by. The home is 1,400 square feet of interior living space, plus the large covered patio overlooking the waterfront dock. This Lake LBJ location home enjoys morning sunrise views of Lookout Mountain and an Eastern facing tree covered lot to keep you cool in the summer, an outdoor fireplace for cool nights on the patio.
Top of the line amenities throughout this three bedroom three bath home. Huge sectional sofa in the living room with large glass wall for viewing beautiful Lake LBJ. Master sports a King bed with a large sliding glass wall looking out to the Lake and a private bath. Number two bedroom has private bath and a queen bed. Bunk room has two twins and a full size mattress. Living area has a very comfortable futon in addition to the large sectional. This home will sleep 10 comfortably. Very beautiful gradual sloping backyard leads you to over-sized sun deck and dock (covered and non-covered) next to lifted boat hoist that will accommodate most pontoon and V hull boats. Other boats such as Tritoons or larger size boats maybe moored in the swimming area. Please let us know when booking what type of boat you have and we will be glad to let you know if your boat is suitable for the lift. The dock also has two Jetski (PWC) slots on a lifted hoist, Great place to bring the family.

Summary: We drove our surf boat from California, looking for a fun Texas adventure (for my wife and I and our 4 teenagers), and this lake house was perfect. The house was clean, cool and spacious. Huge family room, large kitchen and great size bedrooms with comfortable beds. Fully stocked kitchen. Huge windows overlook the large lawn, leading to a private dock and beautiful lake. We loved eating breakfast on the large, shaded back porch, eating dinner on the shaded dock (with boat lift for our surf boat), and watching our kids fish, as the stars came out. The dock is white concrete, which keeps it super clean, cool, and stable. Our dog loved the huge, fenced, shaded, grass back yard. The location is perfect. The position of the house was perfect for (much-needed) afternoon shade. The Colorado river arm is a beautiful part of Lake LBJ, and had it to ourselves during the week. Kingsland was a peaceful town with some fun restaurants (including Boat Town nearby on the water), grocery nearby, boat launch around the corner, and even boarding for our dog 15 minutes away (while we visited other cities). When we got our fill of wake surfing, we took day trips to nearby Caverns, Austin, and MLB games in Houston and Arlington. "The Slab" up the street, was also a fun spot for playing in the water at sunset. Jeff was very responsive, and a great host. We loved this house, made a lot of family memories, and would be blessed if we can make it back to Texas someday, and stay there again.

Summary: The most important thing about a lakehouse is deep water and a great dock to hang out on, this property has both. Nice yard and pretty covered porch with gas grill as well. House was clean and had a great air conditioner, which is important in July! Great communication by host.

Summary: Our family and friends had a great time at Classic Bungalow on LBJ. It was the perfect size for 8 of us. The outdoor patio is amazing and ease of boat launch to the house dock was perfect. Thank you Jeff for hosting us. We will definitely book again!
